Well, I am going to go against popular opinion here. Hallmark movies are very predictable. The same storyline is presented in every season they have movies for. But what I don’t get, is that people love these movies, and I’ll admit, I haven’t watched one in a while, but from what I can remember, the main character begins the movie with a significant other. However, they don’t stay with that person. They “fall in love” with someone else. Somehow, that character ends up in a position that leads to a romantic relationship with the other person. It seems like fans are okay with a little romantic overlay, I guess, since it’s Hallmark and all. Oh, and let’s not forget that the main characters usually can’t stand each other in the beginning of the movie. Nothing says love quite like being annoyed for the first half of the movie.
